📦 Return & Refund Policy – Divinesh (UAE)

At Divinesh, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We follow the UAE Consumer Protection regulations to ensure a fair and transparent shopping experience.


✅ Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags/labels intact.

Items that cannot be returned:

Personal care items, undergarments, earrings (hygiene reasons).

Customized or “made-to-order” products.

Sale/clearance items marked “Final Sale.”


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email/WhatsApp.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrect.


🔄 Exchanges

Exchanges are offered for size or color variations of the same item (subject to stock availability).

If the replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund.


🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Divinesh will cover the return shipping fee.


⚡ Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a wrong or defective item, contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos of the issue.
